Tim has specialized in family and business succession planning since 1994. Tim can provide guidance on many matters including the distribution of money and possessions to heirs, planning for possible incapacity or long-term care needs, advising and assisting executors and trustees, and positioning your business for long-term success.
Tim also works with the Wise Law Group firm as Of Counsel in order to seamlessly facilitate estate, guardianship and other filings needed in significant personal injury or wrongful death cases.
Tim is a graduate of University of Oregon and Lewis & Clark Law School. Tim is an enthusiastic golfer, fisherman, and Duck fan who rarely misses a football game. He and his wife Laura love to travel and spend time with their sons.
